Where to find Classes
Teaching adults since 2002 and babies-teenagers since 2007. Classes can be organised at your villa or hotel to suit you, or we can meet in the location below.
Private or group Zoom classes are also available online. Maybe you have a specific issue that you wuld like to discuss and find a suitable exercise program to help you personally. Booking an online private session could be just what you need to start your journey to recovery.
Rhodes Town, Old Town Moat, Tafros
MELINA MERKORI THEATRE STAGE – Enter the moat from the back of the Old town, and follow the road up into the moat. You will find us either on the grass before the theatre stage or tucked in by the walls right next to the theatre stage. There is shade or sun as you prefer, and always a wonderful breeze drifting through this natural air channel, just perfect for hot summer days and very quiet and peaceful too. Winter classes take place here too in the stage which is very sheltered…bring a blanket, but expect to end up in a T-shirt too most of the winter!
